As the original developer behind one of the industry's most influential cash management platforms, Jack brings deep technical expertise and a proven record of delivering scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise software to NovaTech.

NTCS is led by seasoned banking professionals with decades of direct experience designing, managing, and operating vault cash programs within regulated Financial Institutions.

In 1999, the founders designed and built a vault cash management platform structured to support disciplined growth, operational oversight, and scalable ATM deployment.

By 2008, the program supported approximately 23,000 ATMs and kiosks nationwide before the division was sold. The platform operated successfully for more than two decades and continues in use today — a testament to its durability and institutional design.

NTCS is led by those same founders, supported by members of the original operations team who managed and operated the program. All have remained active in the industry, providing continuity of experience and immediate operational readiness as NTCS scales.

NTCS combines institutional banking discipline with real-world operational expertise — connecting Financial Institutions and ISO/IAD networks through governed cash programs built for stability and reasonable growth.
